Our office accepts insurance from most companies, including Tricare, Medicare, PEEHIP, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Mail Handlers, Family Life, AARP, Humana, and more.
It is our policy to ask for payment of deductibles and co-pays at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We also accept self-pay patients. Payment in full is required at the time of service.
We are not able to accept Medicaid. Medicaid patients need to be seen by their assigned providers.
